Hardscape marketing for paver and wall contractors: You're losing $40K jobs you never hear about.

Homeowners look at your patios and walls and leave without a word. The ones who ask for a quote hear back the next morning, and the quote gets one follow-up, if that. We find where your firm leaks, put a dollar figure on it, and fix it so more of them turn into booked site visits. Hardscape marketing judged on one number, not clicks.

Step 1 of 3

What did the firm bring in last year?

We tell you first thing whether your towns are still open. Not ready to talk? Run your numbers first.

  • One firm per territory. First to sign a town keeps it.
  • Miss a promise and that month is free
  • One flat fee, nothing on top

01Where the $40K job went

Here's one: a $40K patio and walls, lost from the job site on a Saturday.

A crew spreading gravel base along a block wall on a job siteSat · 10:05 AM
  1. Sat 10:05 AM

    She searches from the backyard.

A homeowner stands on bare dirt where the patio should be and types "paver patio contractor near me". Three sites open. Yours is one.

  2. 10:11 AM

    Three quote requests go out.

She fills out your form and two others. Yours lands in the office inbox. You're on a plate compactor in the next town, phone in the truck.

  3. 10:14 AM

One firm texts back in three minutes.

Budget range, spring or summer, then two times for a site visit. She takes Tuesday at 4.

  4. Weekend

Two days. Your form sits unread while the crew finishes the wall.

  5. Mon 8:40 AM

    Your office replies.

Polite, professional, two days late. The Tuesday visit is already booked, and the quote she liked was the one that showed up first.

You had the lead. You lost the race.

02The five leaks

Five places hardscape jobs leak out, and what we put in each one.

Thursday night was one of them. We close all five together, and every report leads with one number: booked site visits.

  1. Leak 01

Your site looks fine and books nothing.

The fix · Showroom Site · Live by day 14

A site built around the jobs you want more of, with a 3-step quote form that qualifies budget and timeline before anyone drives out.

  2. Leak 02

Most visitors leave without a word.

The fix · Lost-Visitor Recovery · Live with the site

A pixel matches some of them to a name, email and mailing address. They get three emails, and on Standard and up the most interested get a postcard. Never a text or a call.

  3. Leak 03

    Leads wait. Quotes go quiet.

The fix · 5-Minute Responder and Quote Chaser · Replies live in week 1

A reply in under five minutes, 24/7. Every quote chased six times in 30 days, then monthly to 90, with the outcome written back to Jobber, LMN or Aspire.

    See it, sample data
  4. Leak 04

Your best jobs never turn into reviews.

The fix · Five-Star Engine · Asks start day 1

A review ask after every finished job, a paced drip through your past customers, and every review answered in two business days. Never gated, never paid for.

    See it, sample data
  5. Leak 05

Google shows three firms. You're not one of them.

The fix · Map Pack Builder · Building every month

We run your Google profile, clean up your citations and publish a page for each project type in each town worth ranking in, tracked on a map grid.

Put in four numbers. See what the leaks cost you every year.

Missed sales a year, at your numbers

Where the numbers come from. Average job: Techo-Bloc's 2026 U.S. report, built from 800+ contractors, puts a mid-range paver patio at $8,500 to $27,000 and a full hardscape project (patio plus walls, steps and lighting) near $55,000. The slider starts at $30,000; drag it to your own average. Close rate: contractor benchmarks put lead-to-signed at 15% to 25%; 70% of leads quoted times 30% signed lands at 21%. Leads and visitors a month have no national average we would put our name to, so they start at our working defaults. The 96 of 100 counts every lead as a site visitor, and some are calls and referrals, so the real share is higher.

Working assumptions, fixed: half of leads come in at night or through a form; 15% of slow-answered leads go to a faster firm; half of lost quotes never get chased and 10% of those are winnable; of site visitors, 60% are homeowners, 15% of those can be identified, and 2% of those book a visit. Each line rounds down to $1,000. Revenue, not profit. An estimate, not a promise.

04Five promises, in writing

Miss one in a month and that month is free.

Five promises about things we control, none about things we don't. Each one is measured, and the measurement is written into the agreement.

Your first 90 days

  1. Day 0Kickoff. 60 minutes. Your towns go in the agreement.
  2. Week 1Replies go live. On your current site, before the new one is up.
  3. Day 14New site live. Every old URL redirects. Nothing breaks.
  4. Day 30First report. One number on top: booked site visits.
  5. Day 90Every quote chased. Your numbers against the day-0 baseline.

About 2.5 hours of your time in month one, then 30 minutes a month.

  1. 01

New site live in 14 days

From the day we have your photos, sign-off and logins. The clock pauses while we wait on you.

  2. 02

Every lead answered in under 5 minutes, 24/7

Forms, missed calls and routed paid leads, logged in GoHighLevel. Texts start once your A2P registration clears.

  3. 03

Every quote chased to a yes or a no

Every quote you send us has a follow-up sequence running and an outcome recorded.

  4. 04

    Every identified visitor worked

In your CRM within 7 days with the emails started. Email and mail only, never a text or a call.

  5. 05

Review campaign live in 14 days, every review answered in 2 business days

Asks go to your past customers, then after every finished job. Every Google review gets an answer.

05The offer

One flat monthly fee covers all five.

Every tier runs the whole system. The tiers differ in towns, output and how often we meet, and we quote it on the call next to your numbers.

15 named towns plus a second territory

One firm per territory

Spring-Ready Founding Five

06Before you book

Straight answers about hardscape marketing, and who this is not for.

Built for residential hardscape firms doing $1.5M to $10M. Smaller firms start with the one or two fixes that pay back most.

You'll recognize yourself if

  • Belgard Authorized Contractor
  • Techo-Pro
  • Unilock Authorized Contractor
  • CMHA (ICPI) certified installer
  • NCMA SRW certified

Any of those on the truck, and a design or render before the quote, and this page is written for you.

Not for you if

We only sell this to firms that are leaking. If it is not a fit, we would rather say so on the call than three months in.

  • You need it to pay off in the first week. Replies go live in week one. The map pack takes three to six months.
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads or rankings. Nobody honest can promise either. We put five promises in writing instead.
  • A 9 PM reply on a Saturday would bother you. Every lead gets one inside five minutes. That is how the Thursday night job gets won.
  • Your work is mostly lawn maintenance. Different buyer, different math.
Who else in hardscape have you done this for?
Hardscape is new for us as a packaged system, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We have built and run this same stack (the site, the five-minute follow-up, local SEO, the review engine) for home care, auto glass and a body piercing studio, and those sites are live on our homepage. The first five hardscape firms get founding terms because they become the proof. Your protection in the meantime: five promises in writing, and a free month if we miss one.
What's in the free audit, and the demo homepage?
The audit: we go through your funnel the way a homeowner would (your site on a phone, your quote form, a call to the office), time every reply, and compare your Google profile and reviews with the firms in your map pack. On the call you see exactly where your leads die and what fixes it first. The demo homepage: your homepage, built from your own logo, project photos, services and towns, at a private link. Either one is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
We get all our work from referrals.
Good. Referrals are your best leads, and we do not touch that. But every referral looks you up before they call. They should find a site that matches what their friend said, get an answer in five minutes, and have their quote chased to a decision. The referral campaign, plus an ask at every job close, brings in more of them.
We're booked out. Do we need this?
Then the goal is bigger jobs from homeowners who chose you before the site visit, and fewer quotes that go nowhere. A booked-out firm that answers in five minutes gets to pick its jobs.
I don't want AI texting my customers.
It answers in the first five minutes, books the visit and says it is an assistant. A person takes over the moment there is a question it cannot answer. You approve every template before it goes live, and every message sits in your inbox.
How do you know who visited my site? Is that legal?
A data partner matches visitors who have not opted out to their contact details. We email and mail them, and never text or call them. Your site honors browser privacy signals, has a do-not-sell page, and your privacy policy says exactly what happens. For a firm your size, plan on dozens of identified homeowners a month, not hundreds.
How long is the term, and what if I leave?
Three months for the founding five. Everyone else picks six, nine or twelve months, and the longer terms waive setup. After that it is month to month. You own your domain, your Google profile and your customer data. If you leave, the site can stay live on our hosting for a flat monthly rate, or we export everything to you. No hostage clauses.
I already have a website. Can I keep it, or buy just the site?
Both work. Keep yours and we install the pixel, forms and tracking on it where the platform allows (the 14-day promise does not apply). Or we build the Showroom Site on its own, quoted on the call. The package is the better buy, though: it costs less than buying the pieces, and the site and hosting are included.
